Your products will ship within 1-4 business days ( processing time ) from the date of order. Each product at Fashion Mode Gallery has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description page. Our Scarves, Hair Accessories and Jewelry Collections take between 4 - 7 business days to arrive. Our Bag Collection & Fall/Winter Collection take between 14 - 21 business days to arrive.
Note* You may receive multiple shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order since we work with different suppliers. Each item might have its own shipping code.
2. What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date you receive the product.

Returning products under $30:
Instead of returning your item, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just contact us at: email@example.com and tell us what went wrong. Send along a photo to show us the reason you are not happy with the product, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, we kindly ask you to donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Returning products over $30:
You can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you the return address information. Returned items must be in new condition and with the original package. As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified, for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us at email@example.com for information and instructions on how to return the product.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
6. What is a PU leather?
PU Leather is an artificial vegan leather that doesn't dry out over time comparing to genuine leather. It doesn't absorb water which makes it easy to clean. Therefore, a slight smell can occur in the beginning and it goes away quickly after use.
7. How to clean my Silk Scarf?
Dry clean or gently hand wash with cool water. Taking good care of your scarf will help retain quality and longevity. For more detailed information on taking care of your scarves click here.
8. What is the difference between Twill Silk & Satin Silk?
Silk is a material. Satin & Twill are ways to weave! The weave refers to the way that the fibers of the silk are put together to create the fabric.
A satin weave will give the garment a shiny aspect, shimmer appearance on the surface, but dull on the back. Satin makes the scarf more slippery which creates beautiful draping effect.
A twill weave is a strong weave and can be recognised by the tiny diagonal lines that appear on the surface of the fabric. It has a dull appearance but still maintains a smooth texture. Twill weave is not as slippery and it's easy to shape.
